Question 1

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Pay safely by card through PayFast, or by EFT. For EFT, use your order number as the reference and send proof of payment by email or WhatsApp within 48 hours. Card payments go through PayFast's secure checkout, so your card details never touch our site.

Question 2

Which brands do you stock?

Accepted Answer

Derwent (including the Academy range), Koh-I-Noor, Cadence, Art Board, Art Ranger, Essdee, Filofax, Museo, Zieler, Molotow, Centropen, Touch and BrushMe, plus more. We're proudly South African and love supporting local artists.

Question 3

Can I return something?

Accepted Answer

Changed your mind? Send it back unopened within 7 days and we'll even cover the return postage. Something faulty? You have 6 months. Either way, chat to us first so we can approve the return and send you a PUDO code.

Question 4

Are your kids' supplies safe, and what's in an art kit?

Accepted Answer

Most of our kids' products are non-toxic, but always check each product's label and age guidance, and keep little ones supervised. Our art kits are made for ages 5 and up. They come packed with paint, brushes, paper or canvas and handy accessories.
