SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Delivery area

Moods Art delivers anywhere in South Africa from Benoni, Gauteng. We do not ship internationally, and we do not offer collection or walk-ins.

2. Delivery charges

Orders under R1 500: R150 anywhere in South Africa (R230 for orders over 15kg). Orders of R1 500 and above: free delivery. There is no extra charge for outlying or rural areas. School and bulk orders are quoted individually.

3. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 5-7 business days once payment has cleared. Estimated delivery times, including dispatch, are 7-12 business days in Gauteng and 8-15 business days elsewhere in South Africa. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday by The Courier Guy, PUDO or our own delivery service. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped.

4. Damaged or incorrect parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. Any damage, missing items or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for any reason, sale items included. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Moods Art pays the return postage. The original delivery fee is not refunded.

The following cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty: opened paints and mediums, used brushes, opened art kits, and cut canvas or paper. Art kits can only be returned as a complete kit.

Faulty products

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you may return a faulty product within 6 months of delivery. Moods Art will arrange and pay for collection, and you can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. A faulty item from an art kit is replaced individually.

How to return an item

Every return must be approved before it is sent back. Email moodsshopinfo@gmail.com or WhatsApp 071 364 4390 with your order number, photos of the item and its packaging, and a short description of the problem. Once approved, we will send you a PUDO return code. Items can also be sent to our returns address: 384 6th Road, Bredell, Kempton Park, 1619.

Refunds

Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order. School and bulk orders follow the same rules.
