STORE POLICY
Terms of sale
1. Customer care
Moods Art is an online art supply store. We operate on a delivery-only basis and do not accept walk-in customers. You can contact us at moodsshopinfo@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 071 364 4390, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 and Saturday 08:00-13:00. We are closed on Sundays and South African public holidays, and we aim to reply to all enquiries within 48 business hours.
2. Orders and cancellations
An order is confirmed once payment has been received. You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us with your order number. After 24 hours the order goes into processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
3. Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without notice, but an order that has already been placed keeps the price shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, Moods Art may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
4. Stock availability
We do our best to keep stock levels accurate. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer store credit for that item. If you would rather have a refund, we will process it within 30 days.
5. Product information
Colours on screen can differ from the actual product depending on your device and display settings. Kids' art supplies must be used according to the age guidance on the packaging, and young children should be supervised by an adult.
6. Sales and promotions
Sale and promotional prices apply while stocks last. Moods Art may end a promotion at any time.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery is available within South Africa only. Delivery charges, timeframes and our returns process are set out on the Shipping & Returns page.
8. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Moods Art (Reg. No. 2024/525983/07), Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa.
Privacy & personal information (POPIA)
Moods Art (Reg. No. 2024/525983/07) processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history and account details.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver orders, to manage your member account, to send newsletters (only if you opt in), and to show relevant advertising through Meta and Google.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: Wix (website hosting), PayFast (payment processing) and our courier partners, The Courier Guy and PUDO. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our advertising. You can manage your cookie preferences through the banner shown on your first visit.
How long we keep it
Order and customer records are kept for five years, in line with South African record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.

Wholesale, schools & bulk orders
We welcome enquiries from schools, art teachers, creches and aftercares, art studios and retailers. Bulk orders are quoted individually.

Payment Methods
Credit and debit cards through PayFast's secure checkout.
EFT (bank transfer): use your order number as the payment reference and send proof of payment by email or WhatsApp. EFT orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled automatically.
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
